This morning, iQIYI announced that over 100 artists (include #YuHewei, #ChengLei, #ChenZheyuan, #ZhangRuoyun, #WangYuwen, #WangChuran, #ZhaiXiaowen, #ZengShunxi,etc.) have authorized iQIYI to use their images to produce a “real person + AI” model films, where actors can generate performances without being present.

iQIYI’s CEO Gong Yu stated that AI technology can alleviate the workload of actors, allowing them to “increase the number of dramas artists film from 4 to 14 per year” and free up personal time; he also predicted that live-action filming may become an intangible cultural heritage in the future,” emphasizing the importance of technology.

📍 A few hours later, #ZhangRuoyun's studio responded: “No AI-related authorizations have been signed, and the legal department is handling the matter urgently.”

TIL Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) has an authenticity logo for honey (and other food products).

This one is relation to media report of fake honeys in the market. KKM says that "produk madu perlu mengikut standard yang telah ditetapkan iaitu di antaranya adalah mengandungi tidak kurang daripada 60 peratus gula penurunan, mempunyai kandungan sukrosa tidak lebih daripada 10 peratus dan tidak boleh mengandungi hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) lebih daripada 80 mg/kg."
So basically at least 60% reducing sugar,
Not more than 10% sucrose
HMF not more than 80 mg/kg

From 769 sampels taken since 2016, only 45 (5.85%) were found not to meet the standard.

Only 7 companies so far have been using KKM's 'Skim Pensijilan Makanan Autentik' to certify that their honey product meets the standards set.

So next time you go shopping, look for the logo on honey products.
