@omanair Hi Omanair, I cant seem to book flights with my accumulated air miles. When I select the currency as OMR, select to pay with miles and on the same day then all of a sudden there are no flights available. Very frustrating....... Can you please guide me on what to do?

@flyethiopian, what is the purpose of online check-in to skip the queue at JHB when you have to join the queue with the rest who did not do the online check-in. If you cant offer it then dont fool people that it actually is an option.

@yoavperlman @flyethiopian I want to echo your sentiments. My bags have been missing since 10 July flying in from Muscat to JHB. Can't get hold of anyone as the numbers on the websites do not work or goes unanswered. I am waiting for any sort of feedback but none is forthcoming. Not good enough Ethiopian!

@flyethiopian I have made 17 calls to your customer service nr in South Africa, held on for 5 minutes and then got cut off. I need info about my delayed baggage but cant get any help from you. This whole experience has been terrible.

@flyethiopian Good evening, our bags have been missing since the 10th flying form Muscat to Johannesburg. Up to now no feedback from the airline and no answer from the Ethiopian call centers either. Not good enough I'm afraid!

@flyethiopian Flew into Johannesburg from Muscat on the 10th. But when we got there our bags were not there. So today is the second day without our bags. No communication from the airline's side and phoning the provided number goes unanswered.
