Locally on FB they regularly argue with potential customers of their ReStores bc they overprice their donations and claim they aren't thrift stores but rather upscale boutiques.

Nationally HfH is also a nightmare "non-profit" that does more harm than good.

@ChantelBoyens @JSmalligan I have twice now been punished by the SSA for overpayments. The first time was the result of an SSA error, and they at least reached out to set a payment plan. This month I received no explanation; just a letter about garnishing my SSDI benefits. Next month I get to live on $0.
