In any event, we know the names of the Senators: Collins, Murkowski, Tillis, McConnell and, probably, Cassidy. 3 are not returning in January. 1 may not be returning in January. The leverage is not on these senators. It is on Leader Thune. Thune can take away all (sub)committee chairs, assignments and leadership roles from each and every one of these senators. If any were secretly having Congress pay-off sexual assault allegations, he can expose that or any other corruption information he has on these individuals (with criminal referrals to the DOJ if appropriate).
