None of them look after the property or gardens. The one next to me sold up when the place needed new windows, heating system and roof repairs.
Obviously milked the place dry for someone else to fix!

But local tax per person to pay for services is fairer than taxing property values.

@PolitlcsUK I don't understand how this tax that pays for Council Services can be based on the value of your property and not the services you use/ that are required in your area.
In my street there are two properties up for sale, the same type of properties, one is £30k more expensive!!
