Sometimes we’re lucky enough to encounter people who only want to see others flourish. Those people have no underlying motive. They don’t want credit for other’s gains or successes. They don’t use others to further themselves. They work from their hearts & are truly a blessing!
Hardships are part of growth, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Use them to find your true identity. Discovering your strengths leads you to become a confident, soundly centered person. Don’t live in doubt & disability. Use life’s challenges to create the best version of yourself!
No one can make you get better. Don’t rely on a coach, trainer, teammate or parent for improvement. If you do, you’ll never succeed. Look at your work ethic, habits & routines. To see measurable gains, apply what you know & implement it daily. You must be accountable to yourself!
