@samsungID So, after the @samsungID call, they inform that they can support the reparation. The amount that need to be paid supposed to be IDR 3,5million, but after some explanation. They only charge me IDR 700k. I guess it’s a win win deal. Thanks @samsungID for supporting your customer 🙏🏻

@samsungID The story continues.. @samsungID team already contact me, the customer care are very polite and they try to give customer solution. Even though the solution is not as ideal as I want it to be.. but they try, and I really appreciate their offer. I hope the zfold4 could be fixed.
