QC traffic is so unpredictable. Yesterday it took me 30 mins from Katipunan Ave to C5. Today, it took less than 10 mins BUT now I've been stuck in the Green Meadows area for almost 30 mins. I wonder if there really is a solution for traffic in Metro Manila?
