VIDEO | B’Tselem and Paris-based NGO INDEX say their analysis of video, eyewitness accounts, and ballistic evidence shows that Palestinian brothers Nidal ‘Amirah, 40, and Khaled ‘Amirah, 35, were unarmed and posed no threat. On 10 June 2025, Israeli forces shot and killed the two men in Nablus in the occupied West Bank, with exclusive footage reviewed by the groups confirming they were gunned down despite offering no danger.

According to the investigation, Khaled was shot in the head while pinned face-down, and Nidal was shot in the back as he tried to move away. The groups link the killings to a broader pattern in the occupied West Bank, where more than 1,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 2023 without a single soldier facing charges.

🚨5 petani Pino Raya, Bengkulu Selatan diduga ditembak oleh pihak keamanan perusahaan sawit PT Agro Bengkulu Selatan (ABS). Salah satu warga mendapat tembakan di dada. Sebelum kejadian ini, para petani berulang kali mendapat teror melalui pengrusakan pondok dan tanaman warga.

Atas kejadian itu kami mendesak:

Pertama, Kepolisian Daerah Bengkulu untuk mengusut tuntas kejadian penembakan termasuk kepemilikan senjata api yang dimiliki oleh Pihak Keamanan PT. ABS yang digunakan untuk menembak 5 (lima) orang Petani Pino Raya, Bengkulu Selatan;

Kedua, Kepolisian Daerah Bengkulu memastikan perlindungan keamanan bagi korban, keluarga korban dan Petani Pino Raya;

Ketiga, Komisi Kepolisian Nasional (Kompolnas) RI melakukan pengawasan pengusutan kasus sampai tuntas untuk pemulihan korban secara khusus dan petani Pino Raya;

Keempat, Komnas HAM, Komnas Perempuan, Ombudsman Republik Indonesia (ORI), dan LPSK RI melakukan investigasi mendalam terkait kasus ini dan memberikan perlindungan terhadap korban, keluarga korban dan Petani Pino Raya;

Kelima, Kementerian ATR/BPN RI untuk segera memastikan penyelesaian konflik Agraria yang berpihak pada keadilan bagi Petani Pino Raya dan mencabut Izin Perkebunan PT. ABS
