Rhino was really thinking he could jump from the apron to the other side of the barrier. Then he thought he could jump from the ring steps.
Then he just said “fuck that” #TNA06
RIP and respect for Sika Anoa’i, who passed away on this date in Pro Wrestling Hsitory, June 25th, 2024 at the age of 76. One half of the legendary Wild Samoans tag team with his brother Afa, Sika was a dominant force in the 1970s–80s across the WWWF/WWF, NWA, and other territories. The duo’s wild, destructive style and unique cultural presentation made them multiple-time tag team champions and one of the most feared teams of their era.
A key member of the Anoaʻi wrestling family (which includes The Rock, Roman Reigns, Rikishi, and many others), Sika helped lay the foundation for the family’s lasting impact on the business. He also had a successful singles run and later worked as a trainer and mentor to younger wrestlers.
A tough, influential Samoan pioneer who left a massive legacy in professional wrestling, hard to believe it’s already been two years since we lost him.
vader is obviously one of the best givers of offense in the history of wrestling, but look how well he takes it. his selling has the crowd in the palm of his hand, absolutely masterful. then, once it's time to give back, he doesn't let you forget what he's been through
