I’m celebrating a fleeting moment of being caught up on grading. As a remote teacher I’ve spent so much time creating content, it’s hard to keep up on grading and student feedback. Feeling so guilty I dedicated the whole day to getting caught up. Anyone else having this problem?
I made breakout room choice doors where Ss will "go" to during their work time. We're using Google Meet & I plan to link different Meet links to each 🚪so Ss can collaborate, work alone, or get extra help. Honoring differences & personalizing instruction!

@zoom_us Hey Zoom! In anticipation of remote learning this school year, ever think of making the chat have a voice to text option for our younger learners who can’t type quickly and are still learning to spell? I would love this option as an educator. #innovation
@kimdarche A3: Sometimes it's just not relevant. Or you don't have a chance to use it right away. That's why I hate PD at the end of the school year. My brain won't retain until Fall - ugh! #d181techconnect
@msjschultz So true Jessica. We need to be able to have a chance to try it out and then reflect, and have a way to ask questions and get answers before we go at it again. #d181techconnect
@kimdarche A2: I want to help educators solve a problem that they have so - come up with that essential question and then give them the tools and ideas to solve it. Then they'll able to apply it in their classroom right away. #d181techconnect
@kimdarche A1: Having a street to go to and something that makes your kids want to come back. Still trying to figure out what mine will be. #d181tech connect
