An L Shape portion of the Bayshore rink has been cleared. Ice is skateable though softening. Probably good for an hour or two only before it's to soft. Bayshore will close for the season by 3pm today. @OttawaRinks @ottawacity

Bayshore is in better shape that I thought it would be. Full sun will soften the ice. Get out and enjoy because this could be it for the 2021rink season here. This weekend will be wet and warm. I will evaluate Monday whether to continue. @OttawaRinks @ottawacity

Bayshore Park is closed Wednesday to skaters/hockey. Please stay off the rink. I hope to open on Thursday as long as people stay off the ice. There is still a thick 6 to 8 inch base of ice to work with if we get colder temperatures. @OttawaRinks @ottawacity
