32-18, 64% win-rate to mythic.
Definitely much more fun post bans, personally would love to see some of the white stuff get a ban-hammer next (Wedding Announcement in particular, card's too good all around and can fit any archetype easily).
In one week, we'll get a ban announcement from Wizards of the Coast focusing on Standard.
I'm not involved with this in any way, but I want to share an idea for a consistent Standard ban philosophy. 🧵
Trophy n3: Pioneer Ward Weenie @fireshoes
- Coppercoat Vanguard is an insane card and definely deserves an slot on this list
- Im not happy with Brutal Cathar, maybe Ossification could be better, but im not sure
- Guide coming this week on @MTGdecks
- Maybe im still the hero
I'm not sure people realize that current Standard isn't normal. Having one deck making up 35% or even 50% of the meta (depending on how you count) historically means bannings. Here's current Standard compared to Standard just before Omnath and later Fires were banned.
@RasmusAnderss Glad to hear that bro, I haven't been playing standard for a while, I'd still say ramp cause playing aggro is just stressful and frustrating
Don't think I'm interested in playing any format where Fable is legal.
Especially as the overall power creep rages on.
I'll be casually jamming some Limited here and there and keeping and eye on the Constructed news.
@RasmusAnderss Tried making the Stompy work via Ghalta, Henge, Company, not good enough either way.
Devotion should be good, Nykthos is a cheat.
White Humans looked impressive with the new Knight-Errant.
