Just realised how long its been since I’ve posted anything, oml. I’m gettin’ a new pup hood soon so I decided to draw fursona based on it! #yiff#furry#gay#gaypup
@AnalogTapeNoise maybe i just have a god complex lmao
i get really distracted by new concepts to fixate over very easily so drawing the same character ends up boring me and i move onto the next thing
@AnalogTapeNoise I feel like i don't really make characters that much, it's rly hard for me to get invested like that and i tend to only draw characters like. a few times here and there. then again i do an unhealthy amount of like, weirdly specific worldbuilding so idk what that says about me
@grendelmenz God I can’t imagine, I’m so happy that most people over here have enough of an idea about how farming works to like, not bother me with “oh my god i wish i could live a perfect rural life and be friends with all the farm animals in my immaculate barn” when Im up in college
@grendelmenz Not to mention that this is coming from someone who lives in Ireland, where small, pretty open family farms are still kinda the norm. I can't imagine the disconnect between an american cottagecore blog and the average industrial american farm
@grendelmenz You would need to be SO DEDICATED to keep up anything like that holy shit. Our chickens have like, free reign of the old dairy on our farm as a chicken coop and they have *wrecked* it
@grendelmenz Which is often just completely contradicted by the fact that farm animals can just be, like, very gross and most farm buildings aren't built in a lovely traditional way anymore. It's less wicker and thatch and more... gross animal bodily functions, rusty ironwork and concrete
@grendelmenz I relate to this on a spiritual level as someone who grew up on a family farm. Even apart from animal death which is fairly common, I feel like they also have this rosy picture of farms being like, pristine aesthetically pleasing environments
