Orange Salsa Fresca, the February Harvest of the Month recipe, was a hit in our cafeterias this month...so delicious and beautiful. We send gratitude to local farmers who grew these ingredients and the food service staff who prepared it for our students! @RioChildNutr @RioSDLive
