We had to delay new the Origin art in the Marketplace a little bit due to some unexpected difficulties. We're aiming for next week, along with other Marketplace goodies ✨
This is the first of many new marketplace features that we’ll be shipping in preparation for Origin’s global launch. Soon I’ll be sharing a more detailed marketplace roadmap. Stay tuned!!
This feature is a step towards smoother onboarding into the Axie ecosystem. It'll save users from navigating to Katana, swapping, and returning to the marketplace. The improved user experience should increase conversion and have some positive effects on the entire ecosystem.
Later today we’ll be deploying an exciting new feature to the Axie Infinity marketplace. You’ll now be able to buy axies and other assets using any token. And in the following weeks we’ll ship part 2 of this feature which will allow you to list assets in any token you want.

And that's how Potential Points, charms, and part purity work together. This should answer one of the biggest questions going into Origin.
However, keep in mind that a lot of this can and probably will change as we gather feedback during the alpha.
So when planning your teams, you might opt for a 7/7 axie so that you can use 3 mystic charms.
Or, you might want an axie with a bunch of different class parts in order to achieve a very specific moveset with high synergy, while sacrificing the ability to equip the best charms.
In preparation for Origin, we just made some updates to the Axie Infinity marketplace. You can now see Origin cards, status effects, and summons. Also part of the update is showing Potential Points.
What are Potential Points? 🧵👇
It’s really refreshing to have new leads @jeffreykam and @philipla sharing a bit of their thought process and now fronting a bit of the #AxieInfinity limelight!
Refreshing. https://t.co/cqnx9Y7Zk8
