@RobotReorg @HidinDude @KatKanada_TM That's article is 23yrs old, and the extradition treaty was rewritten 21yr ago, along with multiple other laws in both countries in the last 20yrs. They can apply for it, but the US doesn't have to agree to it, just like I stated early
