Quick TL;DR: Rei Network is a framework layer at its core, built to maximize the power of AI and blockchain. Utilizing three layers to ensure AI is not constrained by blockchain limitations while still allowing us to verify and store data on-chain inexpensively. Rei's unique offering is the power of transforming probabilistic AI outputs into deterministic, verifiable data structures.

Rei was the first to take this approach, giving them a first-mover advantage, and they took it and ran.

AI is still a new concept to many of us, so understanding why keeping AI off-chain while still using blockchain technology to store its data on-chain is so powerful needs to be put out in simple terms.

I like the analogy I used last time, as it perfectly describes the pros and cons for both parties.

Imagine AI as a creative artist; she can communicate and interact with various subjects and tackle almost every question/task relayed to her. Because of this, AI systems generate and work with complex data structures that don't naturally fit the blockchain's storage patterns.
​
On the opposite side, there is blockchain; it operates in absolute determinism. This isn't a flaw; each node needs to end up with the same result no matter the operation, calculation, or state in order to validate a block.

This is where Rei steps in, with three layers that communicate with each other to allow AI to work off-chain while her data is stored, and maybe even more importantly, easily retrieved on the blockchain for future use.

Blockchains stand out because they prioritize validation over computation. They are universally accessible making it far easier for agents and users to work together when storing data on the blockchain.

The main issue here is gas optimization as it's extremely cost-inefficient to store everything on-chain. ERCData addresses this by maintaining verifiable links between raw output and encoded data.

As it's being built now, AI requires specialized hardware and centralized setups. Rei's operations are inspired by biology, called informational invasiveness.
To put it simply, Rei's infrastructure allows agents to seamlessly gather "memory" from the blockchain while being free to gather new data in real time. Additionally, because everything is stored on-chain, new agents can benefit from all previous memories and expand their own memory as Rei grows.

Rei or "her" serves as a test case to show the power of the Rei Network. Showcasing why you would want to use Rei or build on their network is an amazing marketing move as they are putting their money where their mouth is. And so far Rei's growth has been incredible to watch.

This makes me super excited for their Oracle release and maybe even more impactful, the release of their SDK kit. Both are set to bring more demand to $REI, and the end goal for everyone here is to make money, no matter how impressive the tech.

Rei is still in her internship learning and understanding how everything works. It won't be long until we can ask for her thoughts on a subject; this will be a token-gated service.

This feature alone will increase $REI's value as she is already able to complete in-depth quant analysis. As an added bonus, a part of the fee paid for the Oracle will be reserved for $REI stakers.

Rei Network is set to release its mainnet and SDK kit this year, adding even more catalysts and demand for $REI. Rei Network is primed to be a billion-dollar project - it's only a matter of time.

$SQDGN was launched on 4th December and the token quickly gained traction, reaching a market cap of $15 million -within 24 hours due to speculation that it was associated with the SQD team.

The SQD project is described as a decentralized database (Data Lake) capable of querying blockchain data across 150+ blockchains, which is particularly beneficial for developers needing efficient access to large datasets.
As of now, there are 193 projects utilizing this Data Lake, which contains around 871 terabytes of indexed data.

A Twitter account named @helloSQDGN was created, which was followed by the official @helloSQD account, reinforcing the connection between the two.

Following an announcement from the SQD team distancing themselves from the token—stating it was a community project—there was a dramatic 90% drop in value within 15 minutes, leading to significant panic selling among investors.
