I am pleased to announced that I have committed to continue my baseball career at Washington State University. I would like to thank my teammates, coaches, friends, and most importantly my family for the everlasting support. #GoCougs@wsucougarbsb
“It’s simple. It’s repeatable. It works.” - Corey Seager on @PHill_bone INF work
Note:
1) Keep it simple & routine. Find a balance btwn consistency & variability in # & types of drills
2) Ball to center of body for transfer post-catch
3) Progression: Knees➡️Feet & Rolled➡️Fungo
Progressing of off yesterday’s post and not swinging just to swing. Here is a way to do that while having someone soft toss. I’ve seen this done several times and like to use it. When the coach fakes you want to land in a balanced position to hit the ball off of the tee.
This is a unique time w/o baseball. Use this time to make a vivid and detailed list of what you miss most about the game. When we return, read it everyday. Don’t take these things for granted. They are the reason you love the game. They are the fuel for your competitive spirit.
