SEC vs. Ripple: Settlement Update

The SEC vs. Ripple case progresses toward resolution with a key deadline on June 9, 2025, when the SEC must file a status report per an April 11 joint motion pausing appeals.

The prior April 16 deadline is obsolete. The March 25 settlement, with Ripple agreeing to pay a $50 million fine, awaits SEC and court approval. #XRP #SEC #Ripple
