@prismaticwhore The conversation was originally about transmascs. But of course you can't be bothered to check. We can't share our experiences without some people turning it into oppression olympics...
@SydneyDaDragon Also we're more likely to get sexually assaulted, not less.
@99lbmutt @dexterspeckman The only example of this I have seen is some trans women getting mad at us for mentioning needing abortions or getting pregnant from rape. Apparently the only reason we'd bring up trauma is to make them feel bad because they can't get pregnant... Because everything is about them.
@QueenofChimeras @ftmpetedavidson @therapatical "Dysphoria for me but not for thee" Get over yourself and admit that trans guys suffer too. Plus I know more women with wide jaws than men with wide hips.
@NAllison89 Where did I say "no one"? I used the word "can". I simply said that it's possible, I didn't even say if I believe it's common or not. Learn to read please.
@columba_lovetxt I don't think the conversation should be about the capacity for caregiving. A person can be perfectly capable of being a caregiver if the situation arises, but as long as they have the choice, they'd choose not to be one. And that's their choice to make.
Comfy at home
we need more artists drawing pre top surgery trans men!!! trans men with boobs!!! big boobs!!!
@doggydognosekai @junkyj64 Yup, having significantly higher chances of getting raped is such a privilege.
Literally every time I've seen this, it was guys just trying to get people to understand that we face struggles too and acknowledging that trans women often have it worse, but that's never enough. Either we say we have it good or we're accused of lying about our experiences.
Being a trans man online involves talking about your experiences with transphobia/dysforia only for a small group of trans women to tell you to shut up because they had it worse and when you try to defend yourself, you get called out for infighting/doing oppression olympics.
@1748Munch @WZG1889 Let's take a moment to think why people might use the super common word instead of the obscure words that they aren't familiar with. Like are people supposed to know every English word in every English dialect?
I feel like quite a few progressive people bought into the TERF talking point of men are inherently evil and women are inherently good, just in a "trans inclusive" way.
being a trans man means being told to sit down and shut up by transphobes because they view you as a confused girl and being told to sit down and shut up by the trans community because they view you as mega misogynist for daring to “choose” to become the oppressor
@allie__voss Well, republicans kill their family members over the wrong political opinions, so I think those parents have it good in the grand scheme of things.
@LesChouans1793 You can just look up the statistics. But you won't because you know you're wrong.
@ginnnnnn05 I'm not embarrassed about sarcastically calling myself a little guy. I feel more second-hand embarrassment for people who don't get obvious sarcasm.
@ginnnnnn05 Do you know it's less embarrassing not to respond than to prove my point?
@ginnnnnn05 Gotta make fun of me because you know your argument holds no ground?
Even if you find it weird, you should let people be, because this is just another way to shame women for finding something hot. I don't get it but I'm not going to comment on what gets someone going if it's not hurting anyone. 2/2
People don't understand that content like this exists because women want to see it. I believe it stems from them being shamed about consuming undisguised erotic content so they need it to be in this form to feel less ashamed. 1/2
Everything he prepared will taste nice😁😁🥵
