Students demonstrated balanced and unbalanced forces during our science class. In both classes, the force was with the girls. @HumbleISD_EGE

Testing five different metals to see which is the best conductor of heat.

We loved seeing proof that a gas really does take up space. The lanyards students wear describe their lab jobs (these girls were doing double duty).

I 💚the intensity of their look as they tried to determine the volume of an object based on its displacement of water.

Students really needed lots of hands (and tape) to find good insulators for their cold liquid.

The students helped me write a class constitution related to our school's SOAR expectations. So I bought a quill calligraphy pen so they could all add their signatures. They felt so special! @HumbleISD_EGE

Students had fun “constructing” solutions to perimeter/area/volume problems. And, of course, the workers needed a donut break @HumbleISD_EGE

[Yanet Ririe @RirieEGE]

These students found creative ways to complete the circuit and light the energy ball @HumbleISD_EGE

[Yanet Ririe @RirieEGE]

I love their thinking faces @HumbleISD_EGE

Prey trying to get food without becoming food for the predator. Factor in the stress of shrinking resources. Kids loved it! @HumbleISD_EGE

Quick review before a quiz. I love to see them working together! @HumbleISD_EGE

[Yanet Ririe @RirieEGE]

We did an activity to show that organisms in an ecosystem don’t survive if there aren’t enough resources to meet their needs. These guys didn’t make it (and were quite dramatic about it) @HumbleISD_EGE

[Yanet Ririe @RirieEGE]

I always enjoy their discussions during thinking tasks @HumbleISD_EGE

[Yanet Ririe @RirieEGE]

Investigating force. Started on the ground then they got creative😊@HumbleISD_EGE

@AMSeagroves @HumbleISD_EGE We have the cutest girls!

These cute, talented students choreographed one of our favorite songs @HumbleISD_EGE
