Think plastic bags belong in your recycling bin? Think again! 🚫♻️ While they CAN’T be recycled curbside, they often CAN be taken to local stores!
As we enter this busy shopping season, be sure to opt for reusable bags whenever you can.

The rule of thumb for recycling fiber? Stick to paper, cardboard, and cartons—nothing else!
✅ Everything in this picture is recyclable!
🔹 Paper & Cardboard – Keep it clean, dry & flattened.
🔹 Cartons – Don’t flatten! Empty them (rinse when possible) & put the cap back on
We’d like to say it’s “snow problem,” but wet weather can put a damper on production at our Materials Recycling Facility (MRF).
✅ If you have a cart: Keep the lid closed and secure to keep out rain and snow.
✅ If you use bins: Store them in a sheltered spot whenever possible
