@docnaumanidrees Recently changed practice to CT first for stratification purposes. OGD only gives indication of mucosal (not transmural) damage. OGD may be required later for NG insertion/therapeutics. See Lancet review article (2017) on caustic ingestion: https://t.co/fnXk1xkyu4
