Booked a ticket from BSB-PRRB for my brother's CUET exam. The train was delayed by ~8hrs. He had to take a bus, otherwise he would've missed the exam. Pathetic service, losing the hard earned credibility. @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw

(2/2) @Zomato gave me a Rs100 coupon as a gift. The guy said it'll be deducted from his pay. He rode some 7kms to deliver, and said he'll get nothing. If that's true, it's inhumane way of guaranteeing something. Please clarify or stop this thing. Felt so bad to eat afterwards.

(1/2) Hi @zomato @deepigoyal , I recently ordered something on Zomato, the app claimed the delivery guarantee of 25 mins, based on how far the restaurant was, without even knowing if the guy was on a motorbike or bicycle (he was on a bicycle). He was literally ONE minute late.
