The Packers 🧀 acquired football analytics engineer Ellis Sriram from the Panthers
Ellis studied computer science at Davidson, was a quant researcher w the Orioles, & spent the 2025 season as an analytics intern w the Panthers
Eric Eager : "the Packers are lucky to have him"
Ellis is awesome, and I did say the last part.
For the transaction log, though: Ellis interned with us last summer and school year, then graduated and got this role from GB.
Aside: Davidson remains one of the most underrated places in the country to get a STEM degree.
