Bio-mimicry. Perch-view thinking…
I have been craving the perspective of a high up above place.
The birds eye /hawks nest/ long range view of the world, and our tiny footsteps within it. It conjures wide lens thinking. Patience. An innate sense of wholeness.

Sometimes it can feel quite murky from the forest floor level of living. Lush, and saturated by stunning summer growth, but also crowded by an ever-enveloping jungle; human or otherwise.
The vistas from way up here, where the birds ride great thermals and you can see for hundreds of miles in every direction; the crevices of valley,
the shape of peak,
even the patterns of the wingspan from above gives great levity
to thought.
Distance lends its welcomed hand in the
long game views.
Indeed, it even offers majesty through its revelations. What wonderful, tiny creatures we are. What a vast world surrounds us. What a much larger orchestra is at hand. Our presence is simply bellows.

Winter is here, and we’re all doing really well.
Each of us is tucked into our own corners of creativity and care.
Leah and Duncan are across the waters, touring through Europe as a duo in the land of lore.
David is in Colorado, playing a whole lot of music and staying busy with shows.
Chloe is deep in mama life, holding family close and making space for both rest and creativity.
Biko has been in full creation modem building ngonis and weaving some epic collaborations this year hosting The Sanctuary Summit!
2026 is just around the corner,we’ll be touring in March through the mountain west, with stops in Montana and Utah,and excited to launch more dates & new music in the year ahead.

And this winter, come be with us online for The Song Catcher & The Muse, a two-day songwriting summit!
