I think the wildest thing I've noticed since starting to hit the gym hard, eat clean, etc. etc. is they were right about over sleeping. If I sleep 10-12 hours, instead of 7-8, I'm fucking exhausted. I have my worst days at the gym with 10-12 hours of sleep. Wild.
