@bassey_kc @JeremiahEastman@JackieHillPerry Neurobiology shows that the neurotransmitters create the feelings...hence why it has been proven that depression is due to low serotonin. All the research is there for you to look at but I think you just want be contrary at this point so I’ll leave it at that
@bassey_kc @JeremiahEastman@JackieHillPerry Serotonin, Dopamine, Norepinephrine, GABA, etc. all of which, bring about our moods and emotions, and, if unbalanced in the brain, can lead to depression and mood disorders.

@The_Krug@whatevrisfickle Negative impacts on adult lungs as well, the main concern with the sever lung illness is in adolescents, so I haven’t found that they are as dangerous in adults, but the research just hasn’t been done yet. Okay now I’m done haha I can pass a few articles your way if you want :)
@The_Krug@whatevrisfickle 3/ I will say, as I have been doing a decent amount of research on this, where the severe illness and deaths are occurring are almost entirely in teenagers and early 20’s...that is happening because the lungs aren’t fully developed. While this doesn’t mean there couldn’t be...
@The_Krug@whatevrisfickle 2/ as far as being able to tell what is credible, you want peer reviewed sources and sources from medical institutions, like Kelsey mentioned. They are just starting to do research on all of this, so a lot of it is based on cases and single studies, but they are still credible.
@The_Krug@whatevrisfickle 1/ So, MedScape is great because it’s going to be credible, but fair warning, everything is written by medical professionals for medical professionals so it can be pretty dense. Otherwise ya, CDC is a good place to start that might point you to other good sources.
@whatevrisfickle What’s interesting is that some of the medical research coming out surrounding it all is showing that it may actually be worse than cigarettes for both kids and adults, so all of it was really just a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It’s so sad to see.
@whatevrisfickle Agreed. I was talking to some of my nursing school classmates back in January about how we thought these types of illnesses/emergencies would start taking place. The formula is just not safe, ESPECIALLY in kids and teens whose lungs aren’t fully developed.
I think the @Patriots are my least favorite franchise. Not just football, heck, not even just sports. I hate the pats more than I hate jack in the box. And they’re the same ones who offer a “buttery jack.” Literally a Burger caked in butter. Please ruin that team, @AB84
