A reminder: the adventure goals are just adventure goals, not adventure seeds. It takes at least three of them mashed together to begin equaling a seed! Try it with some randomly-chosen ones; it's fun! #RisusRPG
A Steampunk Campaign for RISUS by Russell Phillips is on Kickstarter:

It's already funded and written, so the risks are low.
I wish the project success!
Risus welcomes October with gourds, pictures of turkeys that look suspiciously like the outlines of a person's hand, and RISUS: PUMPKIN SPICE EDITION, the return of a seasonal favorite, downloadable for a limited time from Drive Thru RPG:

I just posted an announcement to https://t.co/MDAuXtV0g3 saying that there's a new worldbook in development with Never Say Dice. I'm looking forward to being able to say more!
You can often find a _key question_ that will lead you into the heart of adventure design. For a game starring heroic PCs, it's often "Who is suffering, or about to suffer?" For a group of high-end burglars or heist artists, "Who is richer than they need to be?" etc. #RisusRPG
Adventure goal to try: find a good home for a beast/monster that's lost its caretakers to tragedy, but is too large/needy/cosmically powerful for the PCs to adopt and too tame to release in the wild.
If you need a stray ability, add it to a broader cliché, as in Barbarian Reaver Proud of His Espagnole (3), Astrobiologist With A Flair for Watercolor (2), or Stand-Up Comedian Who Can Erase People From This Timeline (4). The GM will let you know if it needs any tweaks. #RisusRPG
Adventure goal to try: Deal with the presence of an NPC who stowed away/sneaked along to join the party's mission, one with no skills or talents relevant to the mission's goals.
Duke Meany is Oppressing the Snoobles!
You must fight him!
In a formal duel!
To the death!
In the Courtyard of Zoof!
Using your uncle's sword!
As a suppository!
Each line exerts influence on solutions the PCs might create. Practice trimming those extra lines. #RisusRPG
Adventure goal to try: Find or create ways to help the innocents being aided by the villain's terrible behavior, so the villain's undoing won't leave them stranded.
