@RandoxOfficial Shocking service, Randox should be ashamed of yourself operating the way you do in this current time. Paid for a PCR test and never received the results. Still waiting for my refund. Have exhausted all channels. Worst customer service I have come across.

@RandoxHealth no response from customer service. Disappointed in this service. I’ve exhausted all channels of communication. No answer to emails or telephones. Well over 10 days to hear anything back from my refund. Sort your customer service out.

@thehut_com Very disappointed in the customer service received regarding a return/refund. First time ordering from @thehut_com at Xmas, had to return items on 28-12-20. No sign of my refund even though I am trying to chase it up.I have proof of return & its 8 weeks later?

Very annoyed that @NormaFoleyTD1 has insisted schools open for a day and a half or in the case of some schools a day and 90 minutes on Tuesday. Could have brought us back early if she didn’t trust us to remote teach, will result in lots of avoidable isolation cases over xmas.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Sir Ken Robinson died peacefully yesterday, 21st August 2020, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.

We will be following up with a further update as we begin to follow Sir Ken’s wishes and honour his legacy.
