there’s one thing that decides everything else about an AI product, if it’s not accurate, nothing else matters. Most demos are built on ideal, cherry picked inputs, so they rarely show how a tool handles something real. That’s part of why work still feels like work, you save time on a task, then spend it right back double checking the output
