Japan earned global admiration through their courtesy and civic sense. If India wants to be a true global superpower, the world should remember Indians for its excellence, consideration and respect for others.

Our civic sense seriously needs to be upgraded.

@JioCare Logged into https://t.co/3AYX3yevDP from a web browser as advised. Can again see the bill summary with payment due date as 30.04.2026, but the error message displayed on trying to download the bill is "As per current plan, no bill is generated for this number". Screenshot shared

Now please don't again respond that Bill is available 48 hours after billing date. Again reiterating that my bill was generated on 21.04.2026.

@JioCare Really frustrating experience with Jio. They are repeating the same steps of how to download the bill without even acknowledging that the bill is not available for download in the app. On the other hand receiving reminders to pay the amount without even receiving an invoice.
