I’ve lost count of how many times I heard that.
Wrong sound. Wrong vibe. Wrong set.

For a while, I believed it...

Then I stopped, and realised the thing that made me “not fit” was the point.

My stubbornness. My sound. My refusal to water it down. It really took me time to see it clearly; that not fitting was my strength.

Being ‘real’ won’t make you for everyone, but it will make you EVERYTHING for the right ones.
