I had a great time competing at @TrenchWarsRVA . As a group we finished in 1st place taking home the Belt! I am so proud of this group and cannot wait to see what we do this upcoming season. #keepdigging @JRRapidsFB

Ranked 1st in our winter cycle competition along with hitting new PR’s on Squat (315 lbs) and Bench (205 lbs). I am extremely excited for the upcoming season at James River as we continue to get 1% better everyday. #keepdigging
