First race of the season for my Tree Frog Running club. I was impressed on how many kids came out to run 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏾‍➡️ this morning. Love my little tree frogs 🐸. Thank you parents for waking up early to bring the kids to run.

The RPE Gym is officially open! It was great to see our Tree Frogs use this space for the first time. Coach Rodriguez and Coach Colvin wasted no time getting them in there and getting active.

Today was our Kids Heart Challenge event. Jeramie in 3rd grade is our RPE heart hero. We are so happy to have him represent our school. Kids loved the event. Don’t forget to download the Kids heart challenge app and help other students like Jeramie.

Our Tree Frog running club just completed their last 5k race of the season and won us $500 from the Lake Houston YMCA. We were one of the top 3 schools that had the most registered people for the 5K. Go tree frogs!!! @HumbleISD

Fun Saturday morning at The first tee event with three of our 4th graders, Sofia Rodriguez, Christian Pérez and Sebastian Hernandez. The kids did great and our team came in 2nd place.

Today our tree frog running club ran their first race of the year. We ran the “Run the Distance” for Kylie Pope for our 2nd year in a row. Love what this race is about and how they give back to our community. Hope Kylie was smiling at us from heaven as we ran this race for her.

What a great morning of running today with my running club. Like always my kids and parents show up every year. We ran the annual Tavola Reindeer Run in Porter and like every year it was amazing, but the rain stopped the festivities earlier than normal. Go tree frogs!!!

Well Olivia Torres got 3rd place in the 1st grade and under division and Marissa Castaneda received a raffle gift for 2 free music lessons. We also had Giovanni from last year get 2nd place in the middle school division. Go Tree Frogs.

2nd fun run race for our Tree Frog Running club. This was Groves Veteran’s Day Run supporting The Paralyzed Veterans of America. Another great race for our tree frogs.

Zombie Fun Run with the Atascocita MJROTC in October. This was our Tree Frogs first 5k run of the year and they did so good.

Students in Kinder to 3rd grade learned about my plate in PE and were able to work as a team to build their own plate while scooting around. They also learned what a grain, protein, dairy, fruit and vegetable was and how to build a well balanced meal. Great job tree frogs.
