When I’m recruiting a player...one of, if not the very first thing I look for, is how they respond after a mistake or poor shot. Do they hustle back on D, get back in good position, put it behind them, or do they hang their head, yell, & smack their hands?
PARENTS: Strength & toughness is the product of struggle & failure. Instead of preparing the road for your kids, prepare your kids for the road!
If you’re not coaching basketball to teach life lessons, build lasting relationships, lead by example, and build character, then you are not coaching for the right reasons.
@TweetsbyCoachP Scholarship you take it help pay for college, opportunity you keep searching for the right fit. Going to a college that is the right fit much more important than going to the wrong D3 school just to say you play basketball. Big picture
My opinion
Kids should NEVER be used as pawns! Sports and clubs are an integral part of a school and community and they are instrumental in the development of teenagers. The Magic have many coaches and players from Warwick and we support you! #MagicFamily
