PDUNASS and GNLU Launch Executive Development Programme on “Labour Laws and Social Security Compliance (EPFO at Core)”

Flagship initiative aims to build future-ready professionals for India’s evolving labour governance and social security ecosystem

The Programme has generated strong national interest among employers, HR professionals, labour law practitioners, compliance officers, academicians, and corporate leaders. Against the originally planned intake of 60 participants, the inaugural batch enrolled 66 participants, making it oversubscribed even before commencement. As India reimagines its labour and social security architecture, the challenge is no longer understanding compliance—it is mastering implementation.

The launch of the Executive Development Programme on “Labour Laws & Social Security Compliance (EPFO at Core)” by PDUNASS, EPFO and GNLU is a step towards building that implementation capability.

This is not merely another executive programme. It is an effort to create a new generation of professionals who can transform regulation into governance, compliance into credibility, and social security into meaningful protection for millions of workers.

The overwhelming response to the inaugural batch—oversubscribed even before commencement—reflects a larger shift. PDUNASS successfully concluded the 5-day training programme "Programme for Resource Administration, Governance & Yield Advancement (PRAGYA)" for EPFO officers (11th–15th May 2026).

Director Shri Kumar Rohit (@_KumarRohit) at the valedictory session emphasized that ethical governance, compassion in service, administrative efficiency and citizen-centric delivery are essential for building a responsive and future-ready organisation.

The programme witnessed proactive participation from officers through brainstorming sessions, quizzes and deliberations on various domain aspects, making the sessions interactive and impactful. Eminent external faculties and in-house subject experts ensured exhaustive coverage of the topics.

Shri Kumar Rohit, Director PDUNASS, addressed the International Conference on NextGen Sustainable Futures (ICNSF) 2026 at IITM Group of Institutions, as Chief Guest, delivering a sharp and thought-provoking message on “Sustainability of Human Resource: Especially Gen Z.”

Drawing from his idea of the “Algorithmic Ravana,” he highlighted how distraction, declining attention spans, and burnout are the real threats to the future workforce. In a hyper-fast world driven by AI and constant change, he emphasized that success is no longer about speed—but stamina.

Urging students to rethink growth, he called for a shift from mere performance to sustainable excellence through energy management, continuous skill-building, mental resilience, and purpose-driven work.
