🚨 ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE

HSI says its recent election-integrity investigations have generated more than 1,600 voter-fraud cases and resulted in over 160 arrests.

The DOJ says it has charged 70 people during the current Trump administration with unlawful voting or registration offenses, including 32 in the past four weeks.

Meanwhile, federal prosecutors charged former Utah postal worker Damon Matai Seei after alleging that he discarded more than 300 mail-in ballots intended for voters in the June primary.

Seei has pleaded not guilty, and the investigation remains ongoing. DOJ officials say ballot integrity should be a nonpartisan issue.

With the midterms approaching, election security—and ensuring every eligible voter can cast a ballot and have it properly counted—remains a major issue.

🚨 BREAKING: A Flock Safety employee called 911 after investigative reporter Brendan Keefe filmed a Flock worker installing a surveillance camera on a public street in Georgia.

Keefe says he was documenting Flock’s camera network. After the installer drove away, Keefe followed several cars behind to document another installation.

The installer called police, saying he was being followed and filmed.

🚔 Three police vehicles ultimately stopped Keefe.

An officer later said Keefe was following the installer, but was not driving close enough to constitute stalking or another apparent violation. Keefe was released without charges.

Flock Safety says employees and contractors may contact law enforcement when they believe they face a safety concern, while also stating that the company does not object to the public or press photographing Flock cameras or personnel in public.

The incident has raised questions about privacy, public filming and the scrutiny surrounding Flock’s nationwide surveillance network.

🚨 BREAKING: Paramount Skydance’s $81 BILLION acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery has cleared a major hurdle.

The deal would put CNN under the control of David Ellison and the Ellison family.

Twelve Democratic state attorneys general had sued to block the merger, but Paramount reached a settlement with the states this week, paving the way for the deal to move forward. The settlement includes a new oversight board intended to protect editorial independence at CNN and CBS News.

🚨 BREAKING: Newly released surveillance footage appears to show the Venezuelan man who was shot by an ICE agent in Austin fleeing in a vehicle while federal vehicles pursued with emergency lights and sirens activated.

The footage, obtained by Savanah Hernandez, appears to contradict his account that he did not realize ICE was attempting to stop him. The video reportedly shows him speeding away before the shooting.

Federal officials say he had a final removal order and was in ICE custody at the time of the incident. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
