@IndianOilcl He promised he’ll deliver it today before 10:30, just called him again and he says “Dekhta hoon” in Bangla. Every time he delivers a cylinder, I have to pay him a “Bakhshish” of ₹100/- to make sure the next delivery happens on time but… Contd (2/3)

2 hours have passed and neither @IndianOilcl nor the agency has reverted here or called me. Great! Is this the power of an Indian consumer? Just inagine, I go through this harassment every time I need a cylinder refill.

@IndianOilcl 2 months ago, I was promised this harassment won’t repeat itself. I was requested to delete my complain tweets but as usual, I am facing the same harassment today. Agency manager says the cylinder will be delivered but, delivery boy says there is no cylinder.
