Is this an official confirmation that Namma Yatri is being questioned by @GST_Council authorities?

Recently the Delhi High Court upheld the validity of notifications issued by the Union of India levying goods and services tax (GST) on auto rickshaws and bus services booked through any e-commerce platform.

This holds true for every EOC which includes Namma Yatra as well as they provide services of doorstep pick up , gps tracking, safety etc

Despite their no commission model, as per my interpretation, they are liable to pay GST in this case. Authorities should take the necessary actions.
