@HUGOBOSSSERVICE @HUGOBOSS Deplorable experience with returns and exchanges in the US. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

- Was told I can't exchange items, and must return & reorder. Fail.
- Paid for premium packaging but got a standard cardboard box. Fail.
- No return label in box, told it takes 5-7 days to mail by post. Never got the return label. Fail.
- No possibility of email/self-print return label. Very inconvenient to return and a waste of time for the customer.
- Followed up 2x over email, but never got the courtesy of a response. Been nearly a month now. Fail.
