@DavidNdii Daktari, the nutrition-based poverty gap you are alluding to here is inherently fallacious, a rabbit hole rigged with oversimplications of poverty dynamics. Its lead proponent Dr. Heather Schofield, has changed tune too. A health-based poverty-gap, however, has lots of credence.
We all agree that it is necessary at times to 'Rob Peter to pay Paul' and that there are promises by Treasury to address this with a new Amendment Bill, but in our peculiar experience, Paul is not necessarily Paul, but a 'Paul-itician'.
