@itschrisray Depends on the strata (stratospheric winds) in order to fly and maintain location. Remember these fly the winds, hopefully in a box if there are divergent winds. Can not do that everywhere and will need multiple balloons to maintain coverage in many geographic areas.

@itschrisray @ichez5 PLTR is for payload capabilities not flight capabilities and will undoubtedly increase onboard payload processing. WV has a flight duration record of 32 days which doubled its previous record. Aerostar’s record is 336 days. Worked with both extensively in live experimentation.
