@ginamilan_ So the solution is to undercut ranchers at the EXACT TIME they go to the butcher? Sept- Nov, the cattle is typically slaughtered and sold. But the President has artificially suppressed market rates and is going to undercut every rancher that was hoping to recover their costs.
