In celebration of Architecture Week 2026, we want to share how we host high school students for job shadowing and career exploration in architecture. Through job shadowing and conversations with our team, students gain a behind-the-scenes look at the architectural profession.

As we gather to celebrate the season of gratitude, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredibly talented staff and the wonderful clients who trust us with their visions year after year.
At the heart of every great design is a deep understanding of the people who live, work, and thrive within the space - because true interior design is always about more than just aesthetics, especially to our staff at RLE.
