I'm not surprised by this, and you shouldn't be either.
Conflict creates a toxic environment - one that can be taxing on the mental health of our teams.
It's on us to end conflicts, and a great place to start is my book, Adapt or Die.

"In daily interactions, acknowledge that others' success is as important as your success."
This is critical. One cannot be a good leader if they are seen as self-absorbed or self-serving.
Let those around you know your intentions are good!

When in an argument, do you bring a neutral party in to mediate?
The answer is oftentimes no, though I have found that this doesn't work.
In my own words:
"In fact, getting a third party involved is a great help in almost every case."

#Prioritization is hard. Having a step-by-step guide to it is priceless.
What a great read from Forbes that helps simplify prioritizing in the long-term, which can easily be applied to our day-to-day to-dos.

"You cannot do it all, and you cannot do it all right now."
The things I wrote in Adapt or Die are timeless, especially this. #Prioritization is critical to being a good leader.
If we see everything as urgent and on fire, so will our teams.

From Adapt or Die, on virtual #communication:
"Dress for work, have a backdrop that's not distracting, and please, if you're going to use the technology, turn the cameras on, and actually use the technology."
#Zoom has allowed us to become passive. Don't fall into that trap!
