the feeling of talking about something you’re struggling with and having another woman relate is unmatched. we are all so different while still having the deepest understanding of each other as women. i truly think women supporting women is one of the most important things we can do.
JK Rowling has explicitly said she believes the money she makes is evidence that people generally agree with her views on trans people or at least those beliefs aren’t a dealbreaker to them. *You* might not think buying Wizarding stuff is supporting her views, but she sure does.
@eatraelove Tbh, both things can be true at once, it always annoys me how people always assume people who are fat are more unhealthy than a skinnier person. But yeah its not really relevant when it comes to whether they should be treated with respect and humanity.
i’ve been forced to watch some football recently and i really think they should consider editing the matches to have confessionals from the players like in reality tv shows. would be way more interesting
If someone expresses an issue they’re having with you or they vocalize they’re not happy in the connection and are trying to find solutions, try not to get defensive as your initial response. They’re likely trying to save the connection rather than just give up on it entirely.
