#WorkoutWednesday Finale 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️💪🏻!! Our students have logged over 500 minutes of fitness this year. Endless amounts of pushups, burpees, squats, and high fives 🙌🏼 were completed. We know a healthy body=a healthy mind, getting us ready to crush any challenges we may face. #fitkids

Perfect day for OUTDOOR 🌞#WorkoutWednesday with our first grade friends! Today we did a deck of cards🃏 workout. Each suit represented a different movement picked by the students. The value on the card = the number of reps. ♥️squats, ♦️push ups, ♣️jumping jacks, ♠️BUST A MOVE!
