I see him getting compared to the likes of Robben, Salah, Hazard, Ribéry etc. He’s better than all of them.
Excluding Messi/Ronaldo, it’s him on the right and Neymar on the left as the best wingers in the 2010s.
Here are my thoughts on us:
• Winning the supercopa, league and/or the CdR is very much a possibility.
• UCL nope. We haven’t shown enough and there’s still problems in our team. QF or SF depending who we play.
My expectation is a decent season with 1-2 trophies.
The upcoming schedule will tell us a lot what we can expect this season.
Winning all would be incredible but we need to see better performances and it’s about time for Xabi to find his best lineup.
HT 0-0, much thanks to Courtois. That was really bad. Many players have been disappointing today, from backline to the attack. Changes must be made otherwise a loss is coming.
Depending on the length this opens up the RW spot when we play 3 man attack. Hopefully Xabi sees Endrick as the next option and gives him a chance.
Wish Franco a speedy recovery though.
@andruchk Usually an attacker is considered the best in the world but Jude is the only non attacker I would feel comfortable calling the best player in the world.
4-0 win, it was a very calm 2nd half but just like that Carreras scores a BANGER. Even though Valencia are bad, that was one of the best performances so far and great to see Endrick making his first appearance of the season.
HT 3-0, domination from minute 1 to 45. Mbappé with a penalty and the linkup between him and Arda for the second. Beautiful goal from Jude. Only bad thing is the penalty miss, keep Vini away from them.
Although 2/3 months is a long time, another international break and the Christmas break reduces the number of games he’s missing.
For the RB spot there shouldn’t be a problem as we have many options.
Same as Rüdiger, unfortunately his career at a top level might be over.
Real Madrid at this point last season:
• 15 games
• 10 wins
• 3 draws
• 2 losses
• 31 goals scored
• 15 goals conceded
• 5 clean sheets.
• 9 points below Barca in the league
• 6/9 points in the Champions League
🚨 Real Madrid this season:
• 13 games
• 12 wins
• 1 defeat
• 30 goals scored
• 11 goals conceded
• 6 clean sheets
• Top of La Liga with 5 points difference
• 9/9 points in UEFA Champions League
And to think, Xabi Alonso is just getting started. 🔥
